Description of the composition

The composition of Ceylon is built as a layered story, where notes flow smoothly and sequentially. The signature of Xerjoff is recognizable in the way notes appear and fade. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

The accord architecture is built around these accords: Citrus, Gourmet, Wood and Amber with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Spicy add depth to the backdrop. The gender direction is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the notes arrive together with a noble cedar mood: Ambergris, Bergamot, Honey, Oud, Sandalwood, Tea and Vanilla.

The deeper layers are read as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which keeps the fragrance coherent.

From the group perspective the composition is built around Ambery, Citrus, Sweet and Wood. It also reaches into Green, Gourmet and Spicy. Within olfactory families the fragrance belongs to East, Spicy and Wood.
