This fragrance really stands out with its sweetness and brightness, making it ideal for parties. It smells like cotton candy, but not in a natural sense, rather like an artificial flavor that reminds you of something edible. Personally, I don't see myself with it, but for a youth party, it's quite suitable
Now I have four more wishes. I had to discover this brand, which I hadn't heard of before. The bottles are simply gorgeous, their minimalism is eye-catching, and the painted boxes add charm. The fragrances are natural, though a bit exaggerated, but not so much that they could be called complex. Arboretum is a delicate ylang-ylang with a light spicy note in the depth. The scent is sweetish and light, but, in my opinion after the first test, the longevity leaves much to be desired 😕
This is something from the distant past, the 2000s, when aquatic scents were at their peak popularity. Honestly, I'm not a fan of such smells, and the opening of this perfume simply shocked me! I didn't even let it develop, immediately gave it to my dad, and he really liked it. But then my husband and I slowly started using it, and we grew to like it. The smell reminds me of pine needles and salty sea freshness!!!
Pepper, musk, nutmeg, and wood in the base - sounds very spicy and oriental. But in reality, it's just a perfect, clean, and radiant scent. And yes, the price tag is just insane. The bottle is a true work of art, strict minimalism at its best. Finding something similar is not an easy task, even among niche brands. I tried one of Oriflame's fragrances, but it's not it at all
The flowers are bitter, the fruits are bright, but completely incomprehensible. The scent seems positive, but something is clearly off. All these deodorant-like scents only cause me aversion. I don't understand why this is needed ))
The combination of notes is just awful. The cucumber is too watery and green, and the jasmine smells like it's lost its freshness. It turned out like some kind of spoiled cucumber lotion in the heat 😒
Sometimes you just crave simplicity in fragrances, but finding something suitable is a real challenge. Completely by chance in Leipzig, I stumbled upon the brand Philosophy, which I hadn't heard of before. The first scent that caught my attention had an orange blossom smell. It reminded me more of bitter citrus than the flowers themselves. Over time, however, it became sweetish and took on an oily nuance. The longevity leaves much to be desired, but on hot summer days, such scents can still be appropriate
