To the fragrance: Dior J'adore

Once upon a time, in my youth, I had a tiny bottle of Dior J'adore. Honestly, I really liked it back then. It would be interesting to try it again

To the fragrance: Dzintars Zilite

The fragrance Zilite (Acorn) by Dzintars has been familiar to me since my early years. My cousin, who spent 40 years in Riga and worked at Dzintars, always brought samples with different scents when she came for vacation. This Acorn struck me not only with its oriental spicy-floral bouquet but also with its bottle design. I would gladly buy it to immerse myself in the atmosphere of childhood again

The fragrance Red Moscow has an interesting history. It was once called "The Empress's Favorite Bouquet," as it was created for Maria Feodorovna, mother of the last Russian tsar. This happened for the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty in 1913, and, according to rumors, it was inspired by the French perfume L’Origan Coty, released in 1905. In 1925, the Novaya Zarya factory resumed its production under a new name - Red Moscow. It is often confused with another fragrance - "Bouquet of the Empress," which appeared even earlier, in 1882, thanks to Henri Brocard, supplier to the imperial court. As for modern times, I had a neighbor who used Red Moscow all her life. Every time we met, I smelled this fragrance. Now that she is gone, memories of her evoke that very old floral-citrus scent for me. It's as if it takes me back to the moments when she was by my side

I first encountered the fragrance 'Tayna' (Mystery) three and a half years ago. The moment it touched my wrist, a forest breath filled the air around me. Pine needles, moss, fresh greenery, violets, and roses enveloped me, creating a delicate cloud. A spicy, slightly bitter note completed this composition. Gradually, the aromas unfolded, succeeding one another, and eventually merged into a single whole. I fell in love with Tayna forever! This fragrance behaves differently on me. Depending on the season, humidity, and the condition of my skin, it can be woody-mossy, green-vibrant, or bitter-spicy. On the skin, it lasts up to eight hours, and on light dress fabric - more than a year. Memories of it always evoke sadness, as if something irrevocably departed

I'm in the same situation too! Everyone around me is convinced I'm wearing some super expensive, foreign perfume 😄
