This perfume is truly unusual. If you take Hugo Boss Intense, remove the vanilla, add lychee and a bit of pink pepper, you get something similar to Chopard Madness. The recipe seems simple, but the fragrance is far from trivial. It's dense, even viscous, like a syrup. This 'syrup' is sweet and fragrant, and as soon as you open the bottle, it fills everything around. The peppery note sounds sharp and long-lasting; at first, it might seem unpleasant. But then it subsides, and only notes of lychee, kumquat, and rosewood remain. Vanilla is also there, but very little of it, soft and creamy. Perhaps this blend of rose essence and woody notes creates such an effect. No cotton is felt, nor cherry. And where to wear it? In the heat, it's better to leave it at home: it will suffocate and tire you out, though you could risk it once. But on a cool evening, it becomes a true cloud, so pleasant and sweet that you want to have fun and flirt. This 'syrup' is very positive, for those who aren't afraid to experiment and be themselves
This fragrance is a real find for me, like for a cat! :) As soon as I spray it, I feel energized all day long. I adore ginger scents, but this one just blew me away! It's so piquant and chic, and combined with pepper - it's just something incredible. It's a shame it's a limited edition, I have to guard it like the apple of my eye. I searched online but couldn't find it for less than 9000. Horrible!
