I can't pass by this line. I have a persistent aversion to Invictus that will never leave me. It's all because of the first version, which brings up associations with a certain person. He constantly used this fragrance and claimed it was a perfume for real men, though he himself hardly fit that description. The aquatic notes here are just overwhelming, and the addition of bay leaf and a pinch of iodized salt only makes it worse. The scent is too bright and intrusive, leaving no chance for peace

The scent isn't bad, of course, but nothing special. I bought it for my husband, and he seemed to appreciate it, but I think it's just another 'freshie'. Citrus with a hint of bitterness? Yes, maybe, but that doesn't save the situation. Marine freshness? Doubtful, more like the smell of tap water. Longevity is so-so, sillage isn't impressive either. All in all, I don't know if it's even worth spending money on something like this!!!

Got a sample with my order, my husband tested it, but the aquatic notes and strong patchouli just weren't for us. The scent is definitely an acquired taste. Maybe a drop would work in the summer, especially down south where it's humid. It has sea, wood with bay leaf, and oakmoss. The smell lasts a long time, you can hear it well even from afar

My men, husband and son, are simply delighted with this scent. It starts with a bright freshness and a slight bitterness, and then in the base, it becomes warm and spicy, embracing but without excessive sweetness. Its longevity is excellent, the sillage is also noticeable, but it's better not to overdo the sprays, or you might overwhelm the whole atmosphere 😔

This scent is just striking in its ordinariness. It feels like I've encountered something similar a hundred times already, and it seems like many more like it are ahead of us. Bought it for myself, but ended up giving it to my son :) The scent is too bright and intrusive, it just screams. On an adult man, it looks ridiculous and strange. For a teenager, it might be perfect. I generally adore the house of Paco Rabanne, but this fragrance, in my opinion, is the biggest flop recently. Sweet chemistry, and quite long-lasting 😅

My mother-in-law gave it to my husband, but this smell is just awful. Honestly, I've never encountered anything worse. For this money, I would have rather bought something else, like from Azzaro. It smells somewhat old-fashioned, too sweet and irritating! I don't detect any citrus notes at all. We've already put it up for exchange, if it doesn't work out, I'll just throw it away
