Besides what's listed, caramel is noticeable in the composition. The scent, compared to other Montale fragrances, seems too sweet and naive. Overall, it's not bad, but that chemical note at the beginning just kills the whole impression. In the end, even though there's something pleasant, the overall feeling leaves much to be desired

A citrus fougère that, it would seem, should bring joy, but actually leaves a bitter aftertaste. The spices that lend warmth feel as if they're burning, and the salty nuance on the skin in the heat only causes confusion. The wood and rose in the drydown don't sound as desired, and musk only adds to the heaviness. Interesting, but not in a way that makes you want to return to this fragrance again!!

Summer with it was simply magnificent, it gave a feeling of freshness with hints of citrus and musk. The longevity, however, left something to be desired, the sillage wasn't very noticeable. But this bright and joyful fragrance seemed to transport you to a magical forest 🌳
