Pure Gold for me is like meeting several fragrances from the past. It has something of Freya Oriflame and a bit of Gucci Rush. On warm skin, it unfolds pleasantly: first it sounds loud, yet soft, like velvet. Then a tartness appears thanks to the patchouli, which is simply magnificent here. This tartness lingers on the skin for a long time, it's quite monotonous, like many Montale fragrances. I catch notes of patchouli, a bit of plastic apricots, not too sweet jasmine, and musk. It's really good, VERY GOOD!!! The longevity is quite normal, but I can't say for sure about the sillage

It's feminine, but it feels like something is missing-something bright. My husband liked it too, but I think it's a bit too restrained. You can sniff it for a while, but I'm not sure if it really stirs up emotions. The sweetness is balanced, but I can't pinpoint exactly what makes it so attractive. All the notes seem to blend into one, creating a sense of emptiness 😔
