Description of the composition

The note pyramid of Oud Delice is built as a layered story, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The style of Robert Piguet is recognizable from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

The internal accord map is driven by these accords: Gourmet, Wood and Amber forming a compact and readable structure. The gender direction is unisex, which sharpens how the fragrance is perceived.

In the first seconds you detect honey-sweet opening note: Honey. This single 1 note sets comforting softness that anchors the first impression immediately.

When the opening settles you meet Oud keeping a velvety sandalwood direction. In the final layer the structure settles through Ambergris, Patchouli and Vetiver, reinforcing a earthy woody-resinous trail.

At the note-group layer the profile is anchored in Sweet, Wood, Ambery and Gourmet. From a family perspective the composition sits in East and Wood.
