Although it might seem a bit dated now, this perfume is really worth trying. It blends aldehydes with rich warm spices and floral notes. It's quite dense, and definitely suited for cold days and cozy fur 🧥
This fragrance is definitely for a specific time of year. In winter, it feels too cold and unapproachable. But once summer arrives, it reveals itself differently, giving me and those around me a sense of something noble and expensive. The slight bitterness, which is so refreshing, is simply delightful! ))
The fragrance is indeed bright and long-lasting, but the floral notes aren't as pronounced. For me, cedar is more noticeable here, and because of that, the flowers don't stand out as much. Nevertheless, a sweetish powdery note is still present and delightful 🌸
The fragrance is certainly delicate, but there's so much sadness in it, it's just dreadful. The flowers are somewhat faded, slightly sweet, and the spices and musk are completely out of place. It all seems so indistinct that you don't even know what to think. I agree that it reminds me of something faded, as if it was left in the sun. I haven't tried the classic Swan, but this one definitely didn't grab me. Just a disappointment)))
The magnolia here is simply gorgeous, with a slight piquancy, surrounded by green accents and watery floral nuances. The longevity, however, isn't great, but this fragrance is truly charming 🌸
Basil with citrus is a really interesting combination that evokes associations with summer. At our dacha, we always have a lot of greens on the table, and this scent reminds me of how fresh air mixes with sunny days. It has something of a warm wind and the freshness of greens, and citrus notes add brightness. It's quite pleasant, with a slight tartness, but not too masculine, so most likely, it's a fragrance for women!!
I'd dreamed of tulips for a long time but couldn't find anything similar in perfumery. And for several years now, my La Tulipe has been bringing me spring, shortening winter. I've finally found my ideal tulip fragrance! Even if it only smells bright and juicy at the beginning, for its "Spring is coming - make way for spring!" I'm ready to forgive its short sillage and simple vetiver-green base. I feel like I'm drinking it, like fresh, clean water, and this time of year I miss it like clean mountain air with the scent of spring snow. I enjoy it until warm May, and then carefully hide it from the heat. La Tulipe is one of those fragrances I collect in my "Seasons" collection
