To the fragrance:
Penhaligon's Castile
This fragrance is a true classic with retro notes, and it struck me. But, honestly, I expected something else. If you're hoping for a usual citrus scent, you'll be completely perplexed, just like I was. There's an unusual background here that conveys the whole essence of retro. The citrus feels like a light, cold wind, English and with character. All in all, it's not what you might imagine at first glance )
To the fragrance:
Caron Nocturnes Parfum
Oh, how I wish I could glance at it, just with one eye! This scent reminds me of my childhood. I remember how dad once long ago gave mom this real luxury. For me, a twelve-year-old girl, it was true magic: a crystal bottle in a black cloak and a white hat. Mom used it drop by drop only on special days. The smell spread throughout the apartment))) Back then, it seemed to me that it was the scent of a real French lady! I can't remember now what notes were at the beginning and what remained in the trail, but among many fragrances, I would recognize it unmistakably!!
To the fragrance:
Caron La Selection Lady Caron
Again, everything looks wonderful, but it's not for me. The fragrance is aristocratic, but not in the spirit of foreign aristocracy, rather ours, pre-revolutionary. Long sillage, silk umbrellas and hats. Walks in the Summer Garden. You can feel peach, a little raspberry, and beautiful tuberose in it. Sweetly lush, more floral, and the peaches add a velvety touch to it 😔
To the fragrance:
Demeter Lily Of The Valley
Lily of the valley isn't my favorite, but this scent somehow caught my attention. Nothing outstanding, and you can feel the synthetic notes, but it's genuinely refreshing. It reminds me of snow-white outfits and a light breeze. Unfortunately, the longevity leaves much to be desired - that's a big drawback, because for me, fragrances should be expensive!!!
To the fragrance:
Dolce & Gabbana D&G Pour Homme Intenso
The scent is quite sharp and rough. Lavender dominates throughout the fragrance, and next to it, something warm and spicy is felt. Aquatic notes aren't noticeable, but woody accents clearly stand out. The longevity of the fragrance is impressive, it really lasts a long time 💪
To the fragrance:
Oriflame Delicacy
The berries here are clearly chemical, sour-sweet, and vanilla adds a bit of warmth. The fragrance is spring-like, but the longevity leaves much to be desired. Overall, not bad, but the berries sound too artificial

I received a set of samples from a friend from Germany, but you can't find them anywhere here, which is very sad. The bottles, of course, look decent, but that doesn't save the situation 😒
The sweetness is just awful, it feels like it's straight from the packaging! This isn't a perfume, it's some kind of nightmare!! No naturalness at all, just chemicals and nothing else
