My introduction to Palissandre d'Or by Aedes de Venustas was a true revelation. It greeted me with respect and grace, subtly reminding me of itself with light, sweetish, and effervescent notes. This fragrance seemed to speak in a quiet yet confident voice, radiating warmth and benevolence. There's a woody base that gives it character, while a slight bitterness and a barely perceptible camphoraceous hint of patchouli add interest. Each time I tested it, I got the feeling that a sweetish rubbery note reminded me of pink chewing gum. Why pink? I don't know, just an association. Gradually, the conversation with this fragrance becomes more personal, and I learn about its successes in business and sports. It's truly inspiring, and with each new acquaintance, its character unfolds more vividly. Palissandre d'Or gradually builds its strength, and I feel its mood becoming more cheerful thanks to patchouli. Other notes, like rosewood and cedar, support it, preventing the scent from becoming harsh. Nutty accents soften any potential sharpness, creating harmony. There isn't a particular interplay of notes in this fragrance, but changes in the intensity of the components make it balanced and cohesive. Sometimes you wish a favorite note would last longer, and I was lucky to enjoy the sweetish nuttiness combined with the intelligent woodiness of patchouli. I'm glad I met this true aristocrat, Palissandre d'Or - an elegant, charming, and self-assured fragrance that leaves no one indifferent and garners many compliments

Pryn Lomros has once again invited us into the world of perfumery, and this time we're off to one of the most picturesque towns on the Italian Mediterranean - Amalfi. How can a fragrance inspired by Italy possibly do without citruses? They're simply abundant here - bright, juicy, with a delicate creamy undertone, like the laughter of a gentle girl. Initially, there's the tartness of bergamot, but the perfume quickly unfolds, filling with warm air imbued with the sweetness of flowers and ripe fruits.<br><br>With each passing moment, a pleasant, slightly sweet floral note becomes clearer - I feel like a bee enjoying the divine nectar of a yellow-white flower. This fragrance is multifaceted: fresh citruses and sweet flowers intertwine with neroli, creating a captivating symphony. At the same time, Amalfi reveals a bitter-herbal note, reminiscent of the scent of juicy stems. And in the background, there's a salty note that only appears where applied. Combined with citruses, it might subtly hint at marine freshness, but typical marine notes aren't felt here.<br><br>I really liked how the perfumer handled oakmoss - it's so modest and well-behaved here. But it's not entirely right to consider it separately, as it pairs beautifully with citruses. I usually love chypre fragrances, but I don't wear them often: sometimes they're too retro, and sometimes the moss is too intrusive. Here, it's gentle, with a slight hint of retro, and I wouldn't hesitate to call this fragrance unisex. Amalfi Pryn Parfum is a positive, soft, rounded, and gently chypre-citrus fragrance. Longevity is good, sillage is present but not too intense. It seems the perfumer has once again managed to recreate the atmosphere of a holiday in Amalfi, where he sat on a balcony overlooking the sea

The scent is quite simple, but it has its own charm. The lemon here is bright, with a slight bitterness of grapefruit, and there's also a herbaceous note that resembles verbena. Overall, this combination is pleasant and sweetish, as if a little sugar has been added. The woody notes aren't very noticeable, only at the very end, when the scent starts to fade, can you catch a light cedar accent. My colleagues immediately thought of "Polet" candies when they heard this "Sicilian Lemon," although the candy-like lemoniness isn't too intrusive, it still remains in the base. The sillage of the scent disappears too quickly, and it doesn't linger on the skin. It's good that the sound isn't synthetic, that's a big plus

The fragrance begins with shy citrus notes, with a hint of light musk. The green nuances that appear quickly fade, making way for a youthful and fresh magnolia. In the heart of the composition, a charming bouquet of yellow flowers unfolds - delicate, with a subtle sweet nectar. At first, I thought there was a lot of jasmine here, but upon closer perception, I caught a sensual ylang-ylang fluttering in the air. There's a slight hint of skincare cosmetics - such a pleasant creaminess. The fragrance develops slowly, one might say it's linear. The sound is natural and gentle, not too loud, although the longevity of the fragrance is impressive. This is a very feminine floral scent, but it painfully reminds me of more accessible options from the 90s. The color association is beige-yellow )

The fragrance opens with a floral-musky sound, as if someone sprinkled it with flower pollen. There's a bitter floral undertone to it. Gradually, the bouquet unfolds, and mimosa begins to play with bright, feminine notes. The lilac shade seems to recede into the background. After 20-30 minutes, the sweet notes become more and more apparent. The sweetness here is very delicate, fruity, like crunchy, clean pieces. Quince is noticeable, so tender and modest. All this against a background of fresh, almost imperceptible musk. The taste of gently sweet, crystal candies with a mimosa aroma seems to surface in memory. As the floral and fruity notes begin to fade, the floral bitterness becomes more and more noticeable. It was waiting for its moment from the very beginning! Yes, it's narcissus! The familiar, slightly poisonous floral bitterness remains until the very end. Longevity is good, but the sillage isn't quite as smooth - it's noticeable for about an hour, then sharply loses its intensity, turning into an invisible cocoon 😔

I was looking forward to meeting this fragrance, as leather in perfumery is my weakness. From the sample, warmed in my pocket, came a thick, oriental, peppery scent. It started loud and multifaceted. I immediately caught two notes - leather and oud. In Turkish Leather, oud sounds pleasant, restrained, but if you listen closely, you can notice its animalistic side. Woody notes overshadow the lazy, muffled leather, as if it can't fully open up. Just for a moment, a rum-chocolate accord appears, perhaps it's Raki vodka and cocoa according to the pyramid! As soon as the alcoholic notes disappear, cocoa begins to create a sweet, appetizing duet with dates. This unusual and powerful duo of dates and cocoa rules until the very end. After the opening, peppery notes start to appear, which sometimes disappear, then sharply tickle the nose - at such moments it seems they don't quite fit with the rest, but overall they add sharpness to the oriental composition. Turkish Leather changes slowly - mostly it's a woody-spicy-leathery-peppery scent, after an hour the woodiness intensifies a bit, but then spicy notes take over, and frankincense appears in the finale. There's some similarity to Ambre Loup Rania J. The longevity and sillage are fine, but the feeling remains bitter 😔
