Description of the composition

The scent of Poudre D’Orient is shaped as a layered story, where notes flow without rush and without gaps. The style of Le Labo is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Nothing here feels random, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de parfum sets the depth and body this composition needs.

In the top tier you detect petal-airy opening notes: Violet and Violet leaf. Exactly these 2 notes set romantic softness that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the central layer you meet Iris and Patchouli keeping a harmonious floral direction.

The internal accord map is shaped by these accords: Floral, Musc, Wood and Powdery with each one in a clear role. Additional accords such as Spicy expand the olfactory volume in the background. The gender direction is unisex, which makes the scent profile easier to read.
