Identity and History of Montale Aoud Jasmine

In 2016, the perfume house Montale introduced the fragrance Aoud Jasmine, which quickly became a gem in its Around The Aoud collection.

This unisex perfume, released as a perfume water, embodies the spirit of the East and sophisticated floral elegance, perfectly fitting into the oriental and floral fragrance families.

Founded by Pierre Montale, the Montale Paris brand is renowned for its rich and mysterious compositions that transport us to exotic lands.

Aoud Jasmine is a vivid example of how the house combines traditional oriental notes with modern perception, creating a fragrance that suits both women and men seeking depth and character in perfumery.

Positioning and Wearability

As a unisex fragrance, Aoud Jasmine offers flexibility and versatility, making it an excellent choice for various occasions – from romantic evenings to everyday wear.

Its noticeable trail ensures long-lasting presence, gently enveloping the space around, without overwhelming others, which is perfect for those who value perfumes with pronounced character and longevity.

The concentration of perfume water guarantees an intense and long-lasting resonance on the skin, unfolding gradually and leaving behind a trail that lasts for hours.

For optimal effect, it is recommended to apply the fragrance to pulse points, such as wrists and neck, allowing the notes to naturally interact with body heat.

Creators and Influence on the Brand

The creator of this amazing composition was Pierre Montale, whose unique approach to perfumery defined the DNA of the entire house.

His ability to balance between exotic and classical elements allowed the creation of Aoud Jasmine as a fragrance that not only strengthens Montale's reputation as a leader in the world of oud perfumes but also attracts a new audience seeking complex and emotional scents.

The influence of this release on the brand cannot be overstated – it has become a symbol of how Montale continues to innovate in oriental perfumery while maintaining its authenticity.

For those who want to explore similar directions, we recommend paying attention to Oriflame Giordani Gold, Zara Zara With Love, and Princesse Marina De Bourbon Aqua di Aqua, which also offer interesting combinations of floral and oriental accords.

The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth

Where are my apple, pear, and mandarin? 😤 Jasmine definitely dominates here, and the rest just isn't felt. Someone says rose is audible, but I think it just disappeared. Maybe jasmine pushed it out. I tried this fragrance in the heat and in autumn. I want to test it in spring, maybe it will unfold differently 🌸

There's almost no oud in the fragrance, just jasmine with citrus notes. It turned out to be a rather simple, yet pleasant scent that's perfect for warm weather 🌼

This fragrance didn't become one of my Montale favorites, it's too heavy. At first, you smell fruits, but then it all comes down to a bright rose with vanilla and plain musk. It feels like just another perfume in the brand's rose line 😕

The fragrance begins its journey with bright fruity accents of mandarin, ripe pear, and juicy apple. Then, there's a transition to deeper notes: sensual jasmine combines with luxurious velvety rose, creating an amazing blend. Further into play come subtle woody and balsamic amber nuances, along with warm spicy musk, which complete this impressive interaction. The result is a smoky trail where all these notes intertwine, leaving unforgettable memories

With such a perfume, you can confidently wear any business dress! Makeup should be light, and jewelry minimal but high-quality. The main thing is self-confidence and confidence in your actions. This fragrance is definitely for a smart and charming woman!

I didn't expect this could happen to me. I encountered jasmine that was simply awful. Everyone around admires its beauty, but I smell flowers on myself that have been in a vase for a week. The water has become cloudy, and the stems are slimy and unpleasant. That's the nightmare this fragrance produced on my skin)))

The fragrance opens with bright, sunny fruits that fill you with energy. Then it smoothly transitions to floral accents, where rose particularly stands out. Oud and amber complete this harmony, giving the scent depth and richness

The fragrance is fruity, with notes of jasmine and oud, complemented by citrus accents, and musk and amber are felt in the base 🍊

The fragrance, which is supposed to be spring-like, is actually deceiving with these fruity top notes! The oud, of course, as always, is Montale-esque - so heavy and intense. It needs good windy weather, otherwise it will just suffocate you! I don't understand why this scent is so pushed

The fragrance is really interesting! It's simply perfect for a cool summer. Jasmine and orange are brightly pronounced here, a hint of sourness is felt, but not too intrusive. After application, it becomes light and delicate, which is a pleasant surprise. I HIGHLY recommend trying it!
