Identity and Release History

Immerse yourself in the world of luxury with Amouage Jubilation XXV Woman, a feminine fragrance that has become a symbol of elegance and sophistication.

Released in 2008, this perfume celebrates the 25th anniversary of the legendary house Amouage, a brand born in the sands of Arabia in 1983 under the patronage of Sultan Qaboos bin Said.

Jubilation XXV Woman is part of the eponymous collection Jubilation XXV, created to embody celebration and grandeur.

The fragrance belongs to the Oriental and Floral families, reflecting its complex and multifaceted character.

From the first notes, you'll sense the harmony of Eastern spices and delicate flowers, creating a unique aura that instantly transports you to the atmosphere of Arabian nights and glamorous parties.

Positioning and Wearability

Jubilation XXV Woman is classified as a feminine fragrance, but its versatility allows it to be worn by those who appreciate complex compositions without gender boundaries.

In the concentration of Perfume Water, it offers a rich and long-lasting sound with a medium trail that elegantly follows you without overwhelming others, perfectly balancing visibility and refinement.

This perfume is ideal for evening events, special occasions, or moments when you want to emphasize your confidence and style.

Its warm and sensual chords sound particularly advantageous in cool weather, adding charm to autumn and winter outfits, turning an ordinary day into a small celebration.

For those seeking alternatives, consider similar fragrances: Agent Provocateur L'Agent for bold sensuality, Yves Rocher Ispahan for delicate florality, or Dior Addict Eau Sensuelle for a soft oriental aura, which can complement your collection.

Creator and Influence

Behind the creation of this masterpiece is the talented perfumer Christopher Chong, who, as creative director of Amouage, managed to embody the brand's spirit—uncompromising luxury and attention to detail—in the fragrance.

Jubilation XXV Woman not only strengthened Amouage's reputation as a house creating exceptional perfumes but also became a benchmark for oriental-floral compositions, inspiring subsequent releases and confirming the brand's status on the global stage.

Note groups, such as balsamic, floral, and woody, harmoniously blend in this fragrance, creating a rich and memorable composition that speaks of craftsmanship and innovation.

Description of the composition

The top notes of Jubilation XXV Woman open with a refreshing chord of lemon and delicate rose, which instantly uplifts the mood and creates a bright first impression.

Tarragon adds a spicy twist, and ylang-ylang brings exotic florality, setting the tone for the entire composition and promising something special.

The heart of the fragrance gradually reveals depth with notes of frankincense and labdanum, creating a spiritual and balsamic aura, while rose continues to bloom, enhancing femininity and adding a romantic hue.

Wormwood introduces a green note that balances sweetness and imparts freshness to the composition, making it more dynamic and interesting.

The base completes the fragrance with warm and sensual chords: ambergris and myrrh provide honeyed and resinous nuances, creating a cozy and enchanting resonance.

Patchouli and vetiver add a woody and earthy foundation, giving longevity and depth, and musk softens the composition, making it incredibly seductive on the skin and leaving a long, memorable trail.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Complexity and depth
The complexity of a fragrance is the number and variety of notes that create a unique composition. A complex fragrance contains many different notes that reveal themselves on the skin. This fragrance is truly amazing, it constantly changes, and to me, it leans more towards chypre notes. It feels so well-rounded, smells expensive and grand. I love that it's so warm, long-lasting, and leaves such a long trail, it's just gorgeous! 🌟

This fragrance is sweet, with floral and honey notes, but it also has piquant spices that add interest. Woody accents are also present, creating a feeling of warmth. The wormwood is barely noticeable, the flowers seem to take all the attention. The longevity is simply excellent 🌸

As soon as it came out, I snatched it up right away. Even for me, a fan of vintage scents, it felt too pretentious and overwhelming, just too much going on. I wore the sample, but it didn't really wow me. Still, the fragrance is truly beautiful

The scent, sure, it's complex, but not in a good way. Fragrant? More like, intrusive. Its intensity just hits you in the face, and its old-fashioned vibe just makes you scratch your head. Richness of notes? I don't know, more like an overload. Longevity, yeah, it's endless, but that just makes it worse - it projects so much it feels like it's following you all day long

a fragrance with bitter rose and tart vetiver. frankincense adds interesting notes. but, honestly, it's not for me. too complex and aggressive, powerful and long-lasting. its sillage is impressive, but the sense of status it creates isn't really my thing

The fragrance is simply mesmerizing. It's both warm and fresh at the same time, which creates an amazing feeling. It smells like there's something expensive and mysterious behind it. The longevity is impressive, and the sillage leaves an intriguing trail. The oriental aspect in this fragrance is truly beautiful, but there's something else in it that makes you wonder

Honestly, it's just nonsense. This fragrance is simply awful, too old-fashioned and confusing. The smoke, ylang, and that greasy rose - it all just weighs on your mind. And the bitter herbs hiding somewhere in there only add to the overall heaviness. It's impossible to wear, simply unbearable

Amouage fragrances are a complex combination of various notes. Everyone can discover something unique for themselves. But, unfortunately, this doesn't always align with others' opinions. That's why I see Amouage perfumes as something more than just scents, they are true works of art

The scent, of course, isn't totally my thing, but it really makes an impression! Bright, luxurious, and beautiful - that's for sure. You can feel a complex combination of languid rose, bitter herbs, ylang-ylang, vetiver, and frankincense in it. This multifaceted blend is just captivating! )

Jubilation for Women aligns more with classical European perfumery traditions than with oriental fragrances, though oriental notes are also present. Frankincense perhaps adds a touch of mystery, but mostly it serves to highlight the rose. Overall, it's more of a soft floral chypre with a slight oriental touch, but it definitely lacks fruit 🍃

Rubbish, not perfume! In spring I tried a sample - it caught me, no frankincense, which I don't like. Bought a bottle right away. But today I applied - pure frankincense! Only that is heard for three hours. Everyone says it smells like church, unpleasant

On me, this perfume reminds me of those purple flowers from childhood. I can't remember what they're called, but I definitely remember they were special))) And it also has tarragon, which I really like. It's good both fresh and dried, even in tarkhun
