Love Tuberose: Luxury from Amouage

In 2018, the world of perfumery was enriched by a new masterpiece — Love Tuberose from the legendary house Amouage.

This fragrance, born under the patronage of the Sultan of Oman, embodies the spirit of luxury and Arab hospitality.

It is part of the exclusive The Secret Garden collection, which unveils the secrets of Eastern gardens.

Amouage, founded in 1983, has long been synonymous with unprecedented quality, and Love Tuberose continues this tradition, offering a unique experience for true connoisseurs.

Who It Is For and How to Wear It

Its feminine character makes it an ideal companion for confident women who appreciate sophistication. With a medium trail, it leaves a delicate trace without overwhelming the space.

For optimal perception, it is recommended to enter the cloud when applying to the skin, which allows you to feel all facets of the fragrance, and on clothing — one or two sprays for longevity.

The concentration of perfume water ensures intensity and durability, making it a choice for special moments.

How It Unfolds on the Skin

Upon first application, Love Tuberose impresses with freshness and floral expression, which gradually softens, transitioning into a sweet gourmand heart.

At the final stage, warm woody notes emerge, creating a cozy and memorable finish. This dynamic transition from brightness to depth makes the fragrance multifaceted and intriguing.

The Master Behind the Fragrance

The creative genius of Christopher Chong brought unique elegance and emotional richness to Love Tuberose.

As a key figure in Amouage, his work reinforces the brand's status as an innovator in the world of high perfumery, creating fragrances that tell stories.

If you are searching for similar impressions, pay attention to Tom Ford Orchid Soleil, Franck Boclet Cocaïne, and Tom Ford Jasmin Rouge.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

The bottle really conveys the essence of the fragrance. Gardenia and tuberose in a delicate creamy blend - it's just bliss, I love it when these two white-creamy beauties are together. Creamy vanilla is perfect for packaging these floral masterpieces, without that nasty sweetness that can put you in a coma. Although the first impression, as always, might be a little off-putting. It's been almost a year since I've been living in this sweet cloud, sandalwood and cedar wonderfully smooth out all the unnecessary sweet notes, creating an atmosphere of true femininity. I completely agree with those who have already raved about this scent. And, as always, in a warm and humid environment, it unfolds much more interestingly, with more creamy wood and tuberose sharpness coming to the forefront

The scent is just nothing. Tuberose in some incomprehensible creamy delirium that just gets in the way. Doesn't overwhelm? It's barely noticeable! Gentle? More like boring. Expensive and high quality? Yes, but that doesn't save it from monotony. Long-lasting, but why do you need it if it evokes no emotions

The tuberose I tried is quite suitable for those just starting their journey with perfumery. It doesn't shock with harsh notes like naphthalene or something too meaty. Overall, it's a rather soft and neat scent that doesn't surprise but also doesn't repel. There's a light strawberry accent, as well as a delicate milkiness and a bit of vanilla. It seems pleasant, but at the same time, there's a feeling that something is missing. It's like getting a toy kitten for your birthday instead of a real one - cute, but not what you really wanted 😕

What a wonderful fragrance this is! The tenderness is just off the charts, and the cream and vanilla create an incredibly cozy feeling. The tuberose here is so soft, I just can't get enough of it! This perfume is a real fluffy cloud of happiness, pure bliss! 🌸

The creamy tuberose scent is simply gorgeous! On me, it unfolds exactly as it should. Its conciseness pleasantly surprised me - it envelops and attracts. Very feminine, long-lasting, and projects wonderfully. A real treat!

Love Tuberose is the third fragrance composition from The Secret Garden collection, which appeared after Love Lilac in 2016 and Love Blossom in 2017. In this fragrance, the floral note of tuberose perfectly combines with gardenia, which adds mushroom and fruity accents, as well as the sweetness of white lily and light notes of jasmine. The milky-coconut component, for which tuberose is often recognized, transforms into a light but rich accord of whipped cream with vanilla sugar. If the fragrance were a little more intense, it could be compared to the loud Fracas by Robert Piguet. But Love Tuberose rather resembles a cream-colored cloud drifting carelessly across the June morning sky. The woody accord based on cedar and sandalwood saves it from obsessive comparisons to desserts. Cedar is almost imperceptible, only adding a velvety softness, while sandalwood is more pronounced and creates a harmonious combination with the cream. Tuberose here is devoid of sensuality and aggressiveness; it has no green, camphor, or strawberry notes. Despite its sweetness and creaminess, the fragrance remains delicate and doesn't scream feminism. This is undoubtedly its strong point if you are looking for a beautiful and calm white floral scent. The packaging also deserves attention. Although the bottle is made in a classic style, its delicate creamy and noble color is a separate pleasure, not to mention the luxurious box in which it is presented

The fragrance opens very delicately, it doesn't overwhelm or grate on the senses, as often happens with tuberose. Here, it sounds different - gentle and beautiful, against a background of noble sandalwood. The cream adds softness, but, in my opinion, there's too much of it. It's not just cream, but something like sweet ice cream, with added sugar and vanilla. For me, that's overkill. If it were possible to slightly reduce this creamy note, the fragrance could become a true tuberose ideal

I have a decant of this fragrance. I looked for it for a long time in stores but couldn't find it. From the first notes, I understood that this is exactly what I needed. Nothing superfluous, everything in moderation. The sweetness here isn't cloying, but refined and light. The scent is creamy and soft. If you don't like tuberose, it won't overwhelm you here; on the contrary, it will charm you. I've long dreamed of such a gardenia-creamy perfume. Now I want to buy a full bottle

This fragrance is simply a nightmare! It just clings to the skin like an oily sweetness that doesn't let you breathe. Tuberose and gardenia here are just overwhelming, and not in a good way. Femininity is certainly present, but it's so intrusive that you want to run away. I kind of liked it, but wearing it on myself is too much. Too bright and unbearable! )

What a delightful ice cream! It just drowns in whipped cream and delights the eye with white flowers. A vanilla bun with Chantilly cream - that's a real find. Yes, this treat is quite caloric, but who even counts calories when it comes to such pleasure? The fragrance is simply gorgeous, delicate, and delicious. It's ideal for a young mom who smells of homemade baking and warmth. There's nothing provocative or aggressive in this scent; it's rather calming and kind. It's the smell of motherhood and quiet happiness, when you can enjoy ice cream or a pastry in a cozy children's cafe

The fragrance is very soft and cozy, as if it envelops you. First, you feel a bright, yet delicate tuberose and gardenia, which smoothly transition into creamy vanilla. Over time, the floral notes become quieter, and a warm, creamy vanilla on a base of cedar and sandalwood remains in the foreground

I can't stand tuberose, but in this fragrance, it sounds different. It seems the other notes in the composition really do their job. This perfume can boldly be called a classic!!!

The tuberose here, as if fleeting, is delicate and creamy. Amouage created something unique, thanks to its pyramid. Although I'm not a fan of tuberose, this fragrance is worth attention. No harsh notes, everything is very smooth. The perception of the scent is calm, without strong emotions 😔

Got another perfume sample, decided to try it, thanks to Tatyana (Havofik) for her post that inspired me 🌸 I applied it twice in the heat, and, you know, tuberose surprises in such moments - it unfolds like a delicate creamy fluffy darling 😍 My head isn't quite ready yet, but my sense of smell is already starting to get drawn into this perfume
