The composition of Orris Wakan is built as a living composition, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The style of Amouage is clear in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the structure feels complete all the way through. When the structure is mixed the fragrance opens as a single chord with a inspiring floral mood: Iris, Musk and Sandalwood. In this case 3 notes act as one integrated frame, creating the effect of a living bouquet that feels seamless.

The deeper layers are perceived as a continuous motion from lift to depth, which gives the structure continuity.
