Description of the composition

The composition of Oudrising unfolds as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Montale comes through from the opening to the final trail. Every decision feels deliberate, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de parfum keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

The internal accord map is built around these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Floral and Musc without random overlap. Background accords such as Wood, Amber, Leather and Spicy enrich the profile without taking over. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which clarifies the composition character.

In the first seconds you sense sparkling citrus top notes: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Grapefruit and Leather accord.

In the middle phase you notice Jasmine, Labdanum, Oud, Patchouli, Rose and Smoke holding a velvety sandalwood direction.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Citrus, Spicy, Leather and Whiteflower. It also reaches into Balsamic, Wood, Floral and Mineral. At family level the fragrance belongs to East.

They just mixed everything they could. The pyramid certainly looks impressive, but I don't expect miracles from Montale. Their perfumes are somehow monotonous and primitive. No development, no play - just boredom, in my opinion

This complex scent concludes with smoky tobacco, woody sandalwood and cedar, resinous amber, and sensual musk, creating a sillage that lingers with you for a long time and gives a feeling of comfort

On the bottle, there's something like a peacock or a firebird, and the name generally hints at something sublime and light. The notes here are so disjointed, I don't even know how to perceive it. I wonder how leather with pepper will behave in this cocktail. But honestly, I don't believe it can be anything good!!
