Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of H&M Lipstick evolves as a cohesive olfactory arc, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of H&M is recognizable in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. No excess details, only what works, and the structure feels complete all the way through. Eau de toilette emphasizes the right density and pace of development.

When the structure is mixed the notes arrive together with a ethereal unusual mood: Lipstick. Here 1 note acts as one coherent layer, forming futuristic atmosphere that keeps the opening compact and balanced.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which gives the structure continuity.

The accord profile is shaped by these accords: Powdery forming a compact and readable structure. The stylistic positioning is unisex, which clarifies the composition character. In wear duration Middle indicates a stable lasting impression.

At the note-group layer the structure relies on Fairy and Floral. At family level the scent maps to Chypre.

Taken together H&M Lipstick reads as a cohesive composition — the start forms character, the heart develops the core line, while the drydown anchors the memory. These are the scent structures best understood on skin.

Persistence
The persistence of a fragrance is determined by how long it can be felt. It is a characteristic associated with ingredients that evaporate slowly. Persistence depends on the physical properties of the perfume ingredients—mainly their volatility and environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

Sillage
Imagine a light cloud of fragrance that, like an aeroplane trail, remains in the air after your appearance. This is the sillage - a subtle or vivid imprint left by the most diffuse element of a perfume composition. The sillage can be almost invisible when it is felt only by you and those around you. Or it can be so expressive that its presence is noticed even long after you have left.

Sweetish and rather vulgar scent. It's definitely not lipstick, although perhaps it depends on the lipstick itself. Overall, it didn't appeal to me.

This lipstick seems like a total disaster. It's like it melted and smeared, the greasy and sticky feeling is just awful. And the scent? It's absolutely unbearable and just makes me sick 😖

The fragrance doesn't remind me of lipstick, although there are some echoes. Overall, it's more sweetish and creamy, but with an oily aftertaste that slightly spoils the impression. Out of the entire collection, this one is, in my opinion, the most unsuccessful 😕

Lipstick - it's something indefinite. Its scent can be very different. In this case, you feel a combination of powder with floral accents. At first, I wanted to buy it, but in the end, it seemed too heavy to perceive )
