The note pyramid of Bitter Mandarin evolves as a continuous scent journey, where layers reveal themselves with precision and warmth. The creative approach of Jo Malone is evident in the pacing of the notes and the overall aesthetic. Every decision feels deliberate, and the composition keeps a clear direction. Eau de Cologne sets a balanced rhythm of unfolding.

In the top tier you detect radiant lemon-bergamot top notes: Bergamot, Mandarin and Petitgrain. These 3 notes shape sunny vitality that gives the fragrance a clear opening statement.

In the heart you sense Orange carrying a pure citrus-floral direction. At the foundation the line is anchored through Ambergris and Iris, shaping a dense amber trail.
