Description of the composition

The olfactory structure of Incense & Cedrat Limited Edition is shaped as an expressive line of development, where accents shift smoothly and sequentially. The creative approach of Jo Malone comes through from the opening to the final trail. No excess details, only what works, and the fragrance holds its character from opening to trail. Eau de Cologne keeps the depth and body this composition needs.

The accord profile is built around these accords: Balsamic, Citrus, Gourmet and Spicy forming a compact and readable structure.

When the pyramid is blended into one block the opening appears as one connected movement with a warm incense mood: Benzoin, Black Pepper, Citrus accord, Elemi, Frankincense and Labdanum.

The middle and base stages are perceived as a gradual shift without abrupt breaks, which preserves the scent identity through drydown.

At the note-group layer the composition is built around Balsamic, Spicy, Citrus and Gourmet. It also reaches into Wood.

Taken together Incense & Cedrat Limited Edition sounds complete from start to finish — the opening sets direction, the central phase adds depth, and the final phase leaves a stable imprint. This is the type of composition best experienced in wear.

The fragrance is simply amazing! Sweet and with a slight tartness, it truly delights. But as for unisex - that's not it. It clearly feels like a feminine perfume. It's hard to imagine it on a man)))
